PLAN B Architecture Company was founded by two partner in 1997, Architect Seçil BULCAN ÜRKÜT and Civil Engineer Riza BULCAN. 18 years in Turkey and abroad, they have scored many interior design projects especially at first tourism structures, including office buildings, public buildings, medical buildings, restaurants, spa centers, shopping centers and residential buildings.
